  Earlier this month(April) I purchased a wig from Rewigs. Upon receiving the wig it was a different color than what I thought. I emailed them right away asking to return it and for them to issue a refund. They said the wig would have to go through Custom and I would have to pay to return it and that they would only give me back 20% ($10) of the price. Customer beware!! Do not order from this company! SCAM

  I purchased a hair topper from Rewigs back in February. It took a month before I received the product. I had to email just to see if it had been sent. After receiving the hair piece it was a different color than what I thought ou ordered. I emailed them right away asking to return the item. They said I had to pay return and then they would only give me back 20% of the purchase price. So I emailed back to see if I could exchange for different item. . They replied that was possible to send them item number. I asked if they would refund the difference of the price or should I order two cheaper ones to get close to investment of my original purchase. I can not get them to respond to my emails and not able to call customer service. The product quality was terrible and they must be selling seconds. Now I understand where they get the name rewind. Would appreciate any help and please let others know what a rip off this company is.

  I ordered a wig from Rewig.com it arrived looking nothing like photo. ***** blames the hair color not being what order on the monitor screens all being different, don't believe them. The wig is not cut like their photo at all, they say you have to it cut by someone who knows how to cut wigs which can cost as much as the wigs & when you live in a rural there is no one whi knows how to cut a wig. BEWARE! They are offering me $20 refund on a $110.28 ******* have to pay the return shipping cost. I advise not order from online & go to a wig store/shop. Shame on companies like this that are preying on a lot of people who are going tru chemotherapy.

  The wig I ordered was poor quality & had an odor. Not to mention that was no where near the style of wig I had ordered. When I tried to return the wig, I was informed that there would be a fee to return it, as it needed to be sent back to *****. Which would incur more costs than what the wig was worth. Never order from this company. The product is awful and the customer service is horrible!

  DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM REWIGS! I ordered 3 wigs to try because I am suffering from Alopecia. I bought 3 so that I could try them on in the privacy of my home, and chose ReWigs because of their money back guarantee. There IS NO guarantee. They put me through the wringer trying to get my $800 back with a different song and dance each time I communicated with them which was over a dozen times - finally, they gave me specific directions on returning and for mailing fee of $80 -- I did exactly what they asked, then they came back to say the wigs were lost at customs so would I be satisfied with 13% back, then eventually they went to 30% then 60%. I said 'no' I wanted my full refund less mailing and re-stocking charges. They wouldn't budge. This all took months and a lot of anxiety. Finally I called my bank and they took over and credited my account based on FRAUD. Do not buy from this company! Full stop.

  I purchased a wig from rewind. What a headache. Yes I got a wig but I wouldnt let my dog wear it. Now Im fighting them to refund my money. They wanted to charge me for the mailing of wig to me, the shipping of wig back to them( which is in *****) yeah!!! And 12 percent loss to me on the purchase. Through emails we agreed on $100.00 refund. , so Im Loosing probably 40 dollars or more. Dont order from them, Im usually one to do checks on a business before I order but I didnt and Im afraid Ive been burnt. Even thinking whether I should change my bank account due to this. I went to sign in in my account under ********************** and a bunch of computer garble pops up. Be warned

  Rewigs doesn't know their **** from home base. I ordered a simple celebrity wig same a picture n site. Which was a very light blonde. i received a dark brow version instead. Absolutely unacceptable. The color is simply stated on order. I am furious because I no longer have the card I purchased it with. Cannot contact them except by email, I need to talk to someone. There are many variables, Will take another 3 weeks to create and deliver.This has all the earmarks of scam company,BUYER BEWARE

  Do not order from this company! The wig you receive will not look anything like what you see on the website. You will not be able to speak to anyone in customer service. You can only email someone in *****. They do not have the return information available. I finally had to threaten them with filing a complaint and they reluctantly gave me an address in *****. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and I doubt I will ever see a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
