    I got a quote to fix my pool cover. I could see a tear at the beginning but nothing else because the cover would not open due to the tear. ***** came to take a look at the cover. He gave me a price to fix the tear and replace the track. I asked him to fix the tear and I would clean the track. He took the cover and then reinstalled it when fixed. That weekend, the cover would not close. I contacted him and he said he would come but that it was supposed to rain. Then he didn't respond. The next day, I fixed the slack in the line....which he should have done. I told him I repaired it but no response. Then 3 weeks later the cover won't open again. The cover was worn down further down from where I could see the first time. This issue was there before and he never addressed or even let me know it was there. He should have discussed this with me and gave me options. I feel that he just did a quick fix and is not standing by his work. When I finally spoke with him, he said he would come out but to my knowledge, he hasn't. He won't return calls or texts. I am now spending more money and time trying to keep my pool clean without a cover. All I want was for him to stand by his work and to have given me an honest estimate to begin with after looking at the integrity of the entire cover....not just the first 1 foot of 50 feet that could be seen.
