    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be unsatisfactory to me. This person is lying. The first tried to deny picking up our vehicle until we stated that we have them on our cameras from our home and the fact that our insurance company sent them out. We also have several witness statements from the body shop they dropped it off at stating they seen him damage our vehicle. The owner went to the body shop and touched my vehicle when he had no authorization to do so. He plugged a wire back together and it DID NOT fix the vehicle. The insurance company is taking care of the bill which is over $3500 and will be suing this company to pay them back. The reason they are trying to deny damages is because it is a family owned company. Their employee did not know what he wa doing and destroyed my truck. They will no longer be working with the insurance company because they cannot do a simple job. It is not harassment, it is letting others know the incompetence that is at this company.

    We have been dealing with this gentleman for a while now. The driver showed on scene to pick up the vehicle. They tried to crank the vehicle but it would not crank. The vehicle was dropped at the said location and they started calling immediately. We were sent a video that showed our bed and the underneath of the vehicle in question. Our bed was simply a rollback bed as far as we could tell. The underneath the vehicle video showed the wiring harness unplugged and hanging down. The wiring harness was unplugged by someone intentionally because the safety lock was still intact. The wiring harness is also up higher and would not be down far enough for the bed to catch and not in the way of any hook point. Furthermore, a vehicle is still attached to the winch cable when it is lowered from the bed of the truck until it is completely off the bed and in a stable position. The vehicle was promptly moved to a body shop at which our employee went to. He was told that the owner requested that no pictures were taken of their vehicle... but after we took pictures showing no body damage. The employee of the body shop stated that they were simply replacing a fuel pump and that there was no way that we did anything to the vehicle that he could see. This couple has harassed us to make us pay for something that we did not do... the harness simply needed to be hooked up again, the same way they apparently unhooked it. The insurance company who set up the tow has been using us daily, just as before. You can check our reviews. We have a 4.9 with the only complaints being on timely arrivals. We pride ourselves on providing a good and honest service and we will continue to do so. It is unfortunate that people like this make it hard to make a living.

    We are a family owned business. We do not deny that. We also do not deny that we towed this vehicle from the residence to the repair facility. Another company towed the vehicle out of the repair facility and delivered it to a body shop. Our lead driver, not an owner, went to look at the vehicle and took pictures. He did not hook the wiring harness back up because we did not unhook it. We do continue to perform work for every company that we have in the past... there has been no change in this. No company is perfect and we own our mistakes. We do not, however, take blame that is not ours.
