    On Monday Oct. 17, 2022 I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from Kevins Auto Repair at **** *** **** ************* *** I asked if any major issues, was none. Told ****** owner, need cheaper model, had let my 2022 jeep go. Not to go over 200 mo. with 1,000 cash down. After 3 hours of getting address verification for income and bank, i was approved for 6,500 for 4 years. signed contract online. I asked for copy of sales figures, denied. I asked credit acceptance for copy thru email, denied. On Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2022, 2 days after i purchased car , light came on with loud roaring noise. Took to dealer. Said not worry. That happens. I took car to **** **** get diagnostic test. Was told lot of bad issues. 10 to 12 with 3 mechanical failures. I took list of issues to dealer, gave to lady employee. I would be back Thursday Oct. 20 get my 1,000 money back. Returned Oct. 20, 2022. ***** refused give refund. Said nothing wrong with car. I left car at dealership. I called credit acceptance for them to repo, or Kevin give me money back. He refused. Kevin, said he will tow it. Comments made to me below are false: Kevin, owner said nothing wrong with car, said he called **** ***** said they did not do test on 2012 Ford, He said 1,000 refund sent to credit acceptance he did not have it, said auto zone did history of car. and said he did not get a diagnostic test. i told credit acceptance to call Kevin the owner, to tell him that i requested them to repo car , if he was not going to give me my money back. **** **** was correct in the test results of this car. I will go to court. i asked owner to do the right thing, and they refused. Hopefully, this will not happen to any other trusting vulnerable person at this dealership. Horrible to steal money from elderly looking for a good car. Hope this issue can be resolved and i will get my 1,000 money back. ****** *****

    This was a voluntary repossession and the finance company has the car.  She is still responsible for the balance of the loan.
