    They have not been licensed for years but claiming they were, so doing illegal work as well. Now that they got caught, they got a CLASS C license. With a CLASS C license, they can only charge you no more the 10k for a single contract. If they charge you more, report them to ****. They have multiple civil suits against them as well as tons of traffic violations, including dumping trash on someone's property. They obviously do not care about doing things the right way. Don't let this company scam you. I paid for a 5" thick slab and after drilling into the slab for a car lift, its only 4" thick. Only the edges of the slab were 5" thick. Everywhere else was 4". Make sure you double check his work with everything. He will try and give excuses and ways around the proper way to fix it instead of just admitting that him and his crew messed up
