      I am working through my office but my move was in 2021 and I am still working to clean up the literal mess. The foreperson was dishonest about her assessment of my final ****** (which i just found out is not her job) and did not communicate her difficulties through me but through the moving agent. She claimed that the household goods that she had packed excruciatingly slowly with her team that she sent downstairs unsupervised were at max ****** of 14k lbs only half way through the job. She said there were 10k lbs to go and i would be charged $1 for each of the last 9k lbs that she assessed. They sent an inspector that told me my best move would be to dismiss the team before the issue got worse. I was not reassigned a new team and then had to pay for or personally move the last 4-6000 lbs myself. It was 99 miles away and I am still trying to recuperate the loss of the broken, lost and damaged items. I just realized yesterday that my sons bed was put back together with 5 1/2 of the required 8 screws. My brand new $3000 refrigerator now has a bent frame and the ice/water doesn't work. Half of the office items are in my garage from the poor labeling and it has taken a real toll on my family to get up the energy to go through another badly packed box to find things that we though were missing and had to rebuy, are broken or are no longer age appropriate. Much like the previous poster I have had very little luck getting any information from them. They claimed that the time for claims have passed but I have been sending my issues since before they were dismissed. I will recommend that the government no renew this contract to spare another family this level of devastation.
