    * Date of transaction: 12/27/2023 around 7pm * Amount paid: 200 * Towing * Didn’t provide adequate services and was told a price after services when asked before, and was made to pay in cash although there website says it accepts credit/debit and wasn’t given a receipt of purchase * No, they have not tried to resolve the problem * I have left a review which states what happens so I will leave that below with details: This place is terrible , I would give it 0 stars if I could. The police should not be recommending them. They are crooked asked for towing price before car was loaded since I was tight on money and the man kept saying idk and finally after he put it on the truck he had a estimate price of $350. Asked him to take it back off and he said no follow me to an *****, there was no ***** near by it was a ****** so I still proceeded to say take my car off and he charged me $200 to do so. Gave him 200 in cash since he said he doesn’t take credit cards but on the website it says he does. After giving him cash and not recieving a receipt in return he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t take my car off at the gas station in which he told me to follow him to and so he drove off to a ******* near by and done more damage to my car than before trying to get it off. They struggled to get my car off and scraped my back bumper and dragged my wheels. Unprofessional, rude, and racist. ********** police department should not be referring them and calling them for any work as they don’t know what they are actually doing. I will be calling the better business bureau and filing a towing complaint with the courts. I have also attached pictures and have videos as well from them unloading my car but I cannot attach those.

    We did not damage her bumper when we towed the vehicle.   We loaded the vehicle from the front end and the bumper in the pictures are the rear bumper.  She kept trying to tell me she didn't have any money and I explained I have time and fuel in this tow.  She then pulled out $100 bills to pay the tow charge.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not satisfied with this response because I said when they unloaded the vehicle is when the damage occurred, I have video and the owner knows that. He say me recording and told his worker to be more careful once he seen that. Yes, I did say I did not have the money to pay in cash because on the website it says they accept card and that was a better resource for me. I ended up paying $200 for them to take my car as stated before but after all the controversy they took my car off in a unprofessional manner and left damage on my bumper that was not there before. I also had another tow truck driver on the scene who seen what had happened and he advised me to take action because what they done was not the correct or proper way to do so. So, no I dont agree and would to be compensated.Regards, ***** ********

    We did not damage the bumper on her car.   She had waited several hours for *** and they never came.  The police ended up calling my tow company.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I reject this response because for one I never waited several hours and *** was not the source I used. The police called them but also told me to contact my insurance and get a tow, I had even told the police that my insurance found me a tow. However, this tow company just arrived a few minutes before the one my insurance provided that I ended up having to go with in the end because Litchford’s Towing company said he couldn’t take it where I needed and was overcharging to take it somewhere that wasn’t even close enough to where I needed it, whereas the one I ultimately had to do the job did it for a better price and took it to the destination I needed. My back bumper was damaged and I can provide y’all with the other tow company and the man who did it and he even seen where y’all dragged my car off the rollback in ******** parking lot. I have video proof and all and all I am requesting is a refund and for you to fix the damages or this can become a civil matter in court. Regards, ***** ********
