  I cannot recommend VA Granite Pros of Crimora, VA. They installed granite countertops in my kitchen starting December 10, 2024. They were pleasant, seemed to have adequate experience, had a A+ rating at BBB, but made many mistakes which they tried to fix with mixed success. There were delays and problems in scheduling, not showing up when they said they would. They always seemed to be in a hurry or exhausted from attending to other jobs before mine. Communication was poor and frustrating. They do not answer texts or calls in a timely manner. They left my job unfinished. Areas of granite that were sanded to "fix" chipped areas and rough seams, were left with a dull, no shine surface. In trying to fit the new drop in sink, they chipped the front edge of the sink hole, which only partly covered by the front edge of the sink. Attempts to sand down the chipped places removed the poslished finish, and the chips at the front of the sink are still noticeable. Promises made by text on December 19 to return to fix these areas were not kept. The cooktop and sink were not installed square and straight, and required unplanned seams. The installation process started December, 10th. It is six weeks later. Since they have not responded to my recent pleas by text and phone to return to finish the job, I will have to hire another granite installer to complete the work and try to fix some of their mistakes. I thought I had done my research by checking with BBB, where they still have an A+ rating, but never thought of checking ************. I wish I had. There I found a number of very negative reviews. Had I discovered these then, I would have never hired VA Granite Pros. I am hopeful that these comments will help others avoid a similar situation. –-PB
