    Electronic payment was never processed for rent for ******* of 2023. As I was traveling over the holidays, I attempted to pay my rent early. My bank statement confirms that the payment was never made. Please note that the landlord ONLY ACCEPTS ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. I can not get ahold of anyone at the company - only voice mails. I have the cash available in my checking account so I just need a few extra days to make the payment.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience however we reviewed our voicemails and didn't find any messages from you. Please let us know if you left a message so we can look into how it was possibly missed. In regards to the late payment, please note that your lease governs rental payment due dates and late fees when applicable. Additionally, all balances due will display in real time on your portal account for you to track. We must enforce late fees when rent is not paid in a timely manner.
