    I ordered a white ********* birthday cake with pink trim on top instead of white and purple rollerskates on top instead of the big ********* on top. I also didn't ask for butter as the filler to be in the middle of the cake as I only asked for a vanilla Cake. **** refused to reply to my email about my issue and just posts the problem online bc of the bad review. States she took it upon herself to do her own creative cake because the picture I sent was to sloppy for her. Picture of cake is included, and snowflakes are not sloppy in picture. Instead reciev3d hard candy for snowflakes. I emailed her immediately after picking up cake with my issue of being upset. All I did was thank her at the door because what was I supposed to do as my daughter birthday was in a few hours. My mom always taught me to thank people for their services no matter what as that is proper to do. The lady to me doesn't have proper business etiquette. Have to pay a week in advance for a product I didn't request . If the cake was to hard to make she should of said she couldn't do it. Multiple individuals even said the filling was butter. It's the job of a cake business if she needs clarification then to ask so that this doesn't happen. I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted can't be much clearer.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    The offer to bring cake back for inspection can't be done as the cake was tossed the day before they responded. I offered a partial refund since they still made a cake even though it was not as i wanted. I wouldn't keep a cake days after a party. t

    They won't refund even partially because nothing was said at the door,  and them not being able to be there and attending other places was not an excuse. Me emailing my issue minutes after pickup was not sufficient.  The reply is not sufficient to me as I have proof of what I ordered and what I asked for, and proof of what they delivered. Its not sufficient that they don't do what was asked.

    The issue was not resolved as they refuse to comply with any accommodations since they are the ones who messed up the cake
