    Business Response

    Date: 09/23/2023

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

Thank you for the service you do for the citizens of ****************************.

On behalf of Empower 2000, I would like all records of this complaint to be dismissed and rectified from the Better Business Bureau. Please verify that this has been done, after you review the response from ********************* and see the attachments provided.

I sent the following email to ******* on September 22nd at 3:59 pm.

    ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

    Hi *******,

Thank you for enrolling in the class called, Issuing Divine Restraining Orders taught by **************************** on 07/26/2023 on your card ending in

4969. Please understand that there is no way we can enter your card numbers on an order form and place your order on your behalf.

I believe this is a misunderstanding, and you forgot you placed the order since you did view over 50% of the material.

I called today and left you a voicemail. I would like to know how to better assist you with any complaints you may have.

We do have a 30 day money back guarantee and our software shows we did not receive any communication from you.

Please see the attached screenshot that shows you completed 65% of the course and also reviewed some of the bonus material.

If you would like a refund of the 2 payments of $75. we would be happy to help with that, but please remember you will loose access to the

course and the materials. Right now you have a lifetime access to the class if you choose to keep the course.

Please respond in regards to the matter so I can quickly resolve the issue with the Better Business Bureau.

    Sincerely Yours,
    **************

    Dear *******,

Please forgive me for filing the complaint with the BBB. My husband and I did not remember what your company stood for and we could not locate it online. I tried to write to the BBB today in response to their notification, but I think they are waiting to see what occurs with you first.
