    Expensive deck not built to code. *************************** owner of the company disappeared and will not return my calls. In addition, pavers dirveway also, done improperly. 6 foot privacy fence did not meet code either....all the posts not properly set...all costs this home owner approximately $40,000+ and now I am in the process of repairing and getting redone. Turned out to be a shady dealer and a *****.

    T.C. Property Solutions, LLC started working at our home on 12/4/2023. They assessed that our house had exposed black mold and that it was not safe to be in the home, and that the water in the house had to be cut off. Subsequently I moved my family to a Hotel on 12/4/2023 particularly because my toddler son has extreme allergies and asthmatic issues (having previously been hospitalized with respiratory problems). TLC Property Solutions LLC began work immediately. Although I was told verbally about the work to be done, I was never presented with a contract or anything on paper regarding the work, timelines or cost. The company representative, ***************************, took a credit card payment of $8300 shortly after starting the work, insisting that he could not proceed without labor paid.
