    I have two units with the storage wise on ******* in ************** **. Ive rented both since October of 2023 . One unit has had extreme mice damage. That has never been handled or treated by management. I filed a written report along with taking pictures and videos of all damages, ***** and ******* know of this problem and has made no further attempts to fix or even submit my claim to insurance. I had to clean the unit myself, but my knowledge it has never been treated. A couple months later my larger unit was burglarized.Over $10,000 worth of property was stolen not including cost of damages. I made a police report and filled out an itemized form for storage Wise.I have insurance on both units. I was informed by ******* then *****, that they refused to submit my claims until my account balance was at zero. crimes were committed, and there are reports with the police department. The damages were done and property was stolen when I was still in the positive on my account. we were told cameras were installed, and the front gate was operating at all times when actually the cameras were never installed and the front gate for over six months was constantly open. anyone could enter without having to use a pin code or proof of any kind. I was informed by one of the managers that my personal locks were cut off multiple times since October. He explained that he put his company lock on my unit in place of mine however this left my unit unlocked.The manager continued to explain that it even took him a week to notify me of this. The first two times nothing was stolen. The 3rd time I went to combine both units into one when I noticed the damage and disarray to my unit instantly.I called police to report it. The managers were very much aware of trespassing and vandalism occurring. But still refused to comply with agreed terms such as surveillance and an operating security gate. I pay $400 monthly for 2 units. Ive lost over ****** in stolen or damaged property
