    This tree service company are crooks. They gave me a quote to remove one water oak tree, ******************* remove all debris and tree material and then trim two branches over my roofs I paid them on cash app her they request and it was partially processed and then I gave them additional money in cash to do the job completely. They remove the tree, partially stop grinded, never removed the tree limbs or ***** grindings for a week after several requests and did not remove the tree limbs above my vacation rental. I asked them to come back and they refused and I over paid them $800 for service nit completed. I had to hire people to bag over 42 bags of ***** grindings and get a hauling service to remove it and all the giant limbs they were covering my entire yard. After 10 days of a complete mess I was extremely disappointed because I lost business for my vacation rental due to my place looking like an eyesore. I made over a dozen attempts to communicate with them and they made false promises to give me a partial refund of $200 which I never received. Plus the people they hired or do I say subcontracted would not communicate with me or come back and finish the job they started. I am disappointed with the entire experience. On top of it I dont have a written in the receipt of this transaction which I requested five times to expense on my taxes for maintenance of my property. All I received was text messages and quotes I am going to use for the sixpence. They were completely unprofessional and I feel I was taken advantage of and inconvenienced to the maximum level. Their corporate address is no longer valid or is their phone number so I cant even go to small claims court. All I have is a cell phone number I dont know what to do now. Im writing this to warn others to not all pray to their unprofessionalism.
