    We have been dealing with company for over 10 years. We have several complaints against them, along with several other customers. They constantly miss pick **** We're supposed to be on bi-weekly pickup but they haven't picked ** in a month. But they never miss withdrawing money from my bank account. They spill trash everywhere. They never put the dumpster back in the same spot. They upped the price on us without notice stating fuel charge even though we see the trucks go by everyday. We had a hole in the bottom of the dumpster and skunks and other animals were getting in it. We called and they said they would have a new dumpster out in a week or two. After numerous phone calls, which we had to call HR because dispatch and customer service wouldn't answer or return calls, we got a dumpster 10 weeks later. The dumpster was a 4 cubic yard instead of a 6 cubic yard. The dumpster actually had a thick layer of dirt in the bottom, talking about 2 inches. We called about the size of the dumpster and they said we had been paying for a 4 the whole time. I find this hard to believe that they let the wrong dumpster set here that long, because we have had several complaints against them and several phone calls with them.

    This customer was given a credit immediately after contacting our company for the missed service. We apologize for the frustration caused and rectified the issue right away. As always, it is our goal to meet the customers' requests in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
