  My Wife and I recently added a patio, installed by HaiJoe. Extremely satisfied with the finished product. They were referred to us by our realtor and actually did our neighbors patio first. It looked spot on too where in was a given that we'd use them as well. Communication was there, customer service and patience with all our questions was there. Would definitely use them again. Timeline of the build got pushed due to weather but that's out of anyone's control. They even suggested we follow up in 3-4 months to ensure touch *** were taken care of, if needed. We researched multiple companies and had multiple quotes, glad we went this route.

  We are so pleased with our new stamped concrete patio and Trex stairs. ****** and ***** from HaiJoe were excellent: professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Their crews were hardworking and very talented. They asked questions and communicated throughout the process from design to demo to construction. The quality of workmanship is top tier.I would absolutely recommend HaiJoe for your patio/decking needs.

  WARNING to Potential Customers: Avoid Haijoe if you value your property and peace of mind! I contracted Haijoe to install a concrete patio at my home, and it has been an absolute disaster. Barely a year and a half after installation, the patio began to flake, chip, and disintegrate. The color we chose is practically non-existent now, as the paint has almost completely flaked off. The damage is so extensive that Ill let the photos speak for themselves. In my profession, precision and integrity are paramount. I scrutinized our contract and meticulously followed all care guidelinesnever using chemicals or heavy-duty cleaners, only sweeping and occasional hosing. Yet, when I reported the rapid deterioration to Haijoe, the response was dismissive and insulting. The owner inspected the damage, agreed on its poor condition, but irresponsibly blamed it on non-existent chemical/salt use, which never occurred. The owner promised to personally repair and repaint the patioa promise made both to my wife in person and to me over the phone but my phone calls and emails were met with ***** silence from him and his team. The crew's professionalism is also questionable; they seemed neither licensed nor insured, with their sporadic and unprofessional working hours casting further doubt on their legitimacy. They even claim to be accredited by BBB, which I've recently learned is untrue and I wish I had used more discernment reading allegedly positive reviews.

  HaiJoe did an excellent job in making my stamped patio along with designing my front yard. The staff is extremely hardworking and consistent to the extent that this meticulous work was done within a span of less than two weeks + during the coldest time in January. My family and I are very happy with how our patio and front yard are now looking-- I highly recommend HaiJoe due to the efficient service/process set forth by Mr. Elder!

  HaiJoe and the team were called for a patio project to include a bench, fireplace, staircase, and fence. Initial contact was with a representative, Brandon was very responsive. I was surprised how detailed and quick the project took. Truly exceeded my expectations. The owner, Elder, was willing to help at any time no matter the issue. Even months later if I had a question or concern. It shows he cares for his customers. Highly recommended!

  Haijoe Inc, owner Elder R**** is a crooke. He overcharged me for a Patio and drainage system and due to gross neglect, broke my sprinkler system and did not put in a working drainage system.
  When I contacted him he made me think he was going to HELP me but all this meant was deceit. He wen on vacation knowing that I was waiting for him to HELP me the next business day since i called him friday night after learning that his workers broke the pipes after assuring me that this would not occur.
  He finally told me he is not responsible for damages although he admitted to crushing the pipes. Additionally, he offered to comeout and look at the problem with the drainage system, but deliberately saying he will fix it.
  He took avantage of me. Please do not use this man. He is not honest. He knew it was not a good idea to place a patio over an existing sprinkler system. He knew he was not capable of doing a drainage system and subcontracted out to another crook. He boss of being rating "A" by BBB. This is a categlory that means he takes large contracts, but he make it seem as he received an "A" rating as in quality. He is full of lies
  I am now in court with him and will let you know how it ends.
