    Hi my name is Don
I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Ridgeline from Honda Bisbee located in Danville salesman seems nice but was I fooled. This has been the worst experience I've ever experienced at any business. They lied on the paperwork concerning my finances, I definitely felt like I was bullied into signing a contract. I recommend that you seriously think about it before purchasing a vehicle from them.

This business is very aggressive and plays mind games with the customer in order to sell a vehicle.
My husband and I had a 2022 Honda CRV. Had tire issues and took it to Bisbee and left with a brand new vehicle. They brainwash customers into believing you need a new vehicle, actually bring the new car out with the hood up and doors open and say this is what you qualify for..... And when the financial guy asks about purchasing additional insurance and you aren't sure and lean toward no they keep on and on that you need it so the payment ends up being more than you were paying before. I have tried to call and have left messages for sales people to return calls in addition to the financial team but have yet to receive a call. Even sent an e-mail expressing my displeasure with this dealership and did get a call from a salesman asking if we wanted to purchase a new vehicle.
This dealership is all about selling vehicles and not listening to the customer.

Cynthia **** Hello My Name Cynthia **** and I was misled into thinking I was a co-signer on a vehicle signing second on all paperwork with my other signer in the office, and the other signer signed first, and I signed second knowing and agreeing to being a co-signer and two months later I discovered that I was a primary owner of the vehicle and I was misled by the company and the finance manager removed the other signers name after we left. I had a 750 score at the time and the other signer needed help but I did not agree to be the primary and only owner of the vehicle and I have asked for months to speak to the owner about the situation and keep getting told nobody is going to do anything about it and I really am disappointed in the representation and fairness of lending rights which have clearly been violated and I am very disappointed that a straw purchase was used to buy a vehicle because I have never driven the car or once again did I agree to buy the car for someone else. I was a co-signer on the prelim paperwork and in the finance office and now I discover that it was all a scam. The finance guy was very disrespectful when I just came back for answers and an explanation because we never even got paperwork or anything and my credit was pulled over the phone. Someone please point me in the right direction. I need to speak to the Owner Immediately!!!!

My experience with this Honda dealership was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I initially contacted them over the phone, and right from the start, their behavior was suspicious. The representative was evasive and gave inconsistent answers about the car's pricing.
Despite my misgivings, I put down a deposit, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they didn't. The more I spoke with them, the more their dishonesty and lack of transparency became apparent. When I tried to get clearer information, they were increasingly rude and dismissive.
Ultimately, I felt so uncomfortable with their shady practices that I decided to cancel my deposit and take my business elsewhere. The process of getting my money back was another headache, as they were uncooperative and made it unnecessarily difficult.
Overall they demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to steer clear. Their deceptive practices and poor customer service are simply not worth the hassle, especially the sales manager and general manager Bobby.

I went in to buy a 2024 CR-V AWD and made the deal prior. When signing the bill of sale the manager decides to swap out the AWD for a FWD. Then the salesperson said she made a mistake on the paperwork and had to sign another bill of sale which had different sale amount and VIN number. During my insurance update the sales person provided two different VIN numbers so I had already got the feeling that something was odd, and countless other interactions with other workers. I drive off and a couple days later I realized the car was not the AWD version and FWD. I call another manager because the original manager wouldn't take my call and he was not helpful at the very least and brushed be off. He explained that AWD and FWD are the same and that "Full Wheel Drive" is the same as All-Wheel Drive. I told him that's not what the acronyms are. He continues to brush me off until I mentioned lawyering up. He then said if I mention lawyer he couldn't talk to me anymore at that point i told him to leave a message to the first manager to call me back. 30 minutes later, the second manger calls back and said he would correct the mistake. A couple days go by and he doesn't respond. I call a few times and finally get a time I could come in and make it right. Not even apology for knowingly trying to screw me over. I was hesitant to write a review but I need to make sure others don't get screwed.

I took my Honda Ridgeline in for recall work. First the truck had to be inspected to see if it actually needed the recommended recall repairs. After waiting two hours I was handed a paper with the dealerships recommended repairs to my vehicle which had nothing to do with the recall. The estimate was for $3122.84. It included items that I knew did not need to be done because they had recently been done by my mechanic.
I did however pay my mechanic to do a thorough inspection off all the items on the dealers list. A little lubrication and replacing a cabin air filter were the only things needed.
i believe what was attempted by Bisbee Honda was fraudulent. Signed, Drew ******

Honda buyers beware! I was purchasing a Honda pilot 2023 today. The sales person, *****, and sales manager, ******, were outstanding! Once the check was written, and paperwork was done the general manager, Bobby ******, got involved. He was a nightmare! Very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I am so sorry they have this type of employee at this dealership. I can only imagine what Honda corporate with think of this GM’s behavior. Please go somewhere else and purchase a Honda from someone who appreciates you and your business!

I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord Sport from Steve Padgett Honda on 12/28/2022. The next morning I noticed a crack in the windshield. It was not visible the evening I purchased the car. I immediately called the sales person that sold me the car. I was told she was with another customer and she would have her to return my call. I didn't get a return call. The next morning no return call. I felt I was getting the run around so I called her. She told me to send her a picture of the windshield to her personal phone and she would speak to her sales manager. I called back later that afternoon after not getting a return call, only to be told they were very busy all that day. I told the sales lady I would be at the dealership the next morning and needed to know the sales managers name. I went to the dealership the next day spoke to the sales manager and he stated you have windshield coverage on your insurance policy and the deductible should be only $50. He told me he would pay the $50. He told me to call my insurance company and then call him back the next morning due to the insurance company wasn't open that day. I did have windshield coverage and the deductible was $500 not $50. I called the sales manager spoke with him about the deductible, he then said he would call to see when he could get the windshield in, and would call and let me know. I waited for 3 days, no call. The 4th day I called him only to get his voicemail. left a message, no call was returned. I called the next day, my call was sent to voicemail again, no return call after 5 days. I was devastated how I have been treated by this dealership. I was given the run around by the salesman and the sales manager. I was sold a 35,000.00 car paid a $1000 deposit with a crack in the windshield, I noticed there also was a 12/23 inspection sticker on the car that was put on a few days before it was sold to me . Only to be given the run around for almost 2 weeks and they still won't respond. DEVASTATED
