    Worse “customer service” I have ever received in my life!!
    They DID NOT accept responsibility of their errors and was VERY argumentative and unprofessional when bringing the concern!
    The work that was done for me was very poor and unsatisfactory in my opinion!
    Nothing was explained in the beginning as to what they can or can not do, NO expectations at all, and when I mentioned that to her, she replied by saying “do you know how long that would take?”
    I will NEVER spend a brown penny there again!
    First time and will be my very last time for sure!

    Okay this customer had us engrave a pcs of wood with her company info. With the laser engraving process we told them it would be best to paint before the lasering. Yes it had a few little burn pcs on the key which is what was engraved. Customer also told us they we're going to fill the parts lasered with epoxy and that would cover the burns. When the customer picked up the item they loved it and said muilti times exactly what they want looked amazing, we have this on camera too since everything we do is recorded. With laser engraving it's a one and done process so wasn't much we could've done. Not sure the next step if the video is needed please let us know.
