    The owner of B & H tree service (the name on the side of the work truck) who is Harry Harold was doing tree work across the street from me on 12-28-2023. He approached my home while i was outside and said that he noticed there was some branches in my back yard that needed to be trimmed and he would take care of it for me for a price. he said he would cut the tree limbs and take them away for $100. i said okay sounds good and paid him to cut the tree limbs. He told me that he would be back the next day and never came back again. He had me sign a contract and he put on the contract to be completed within 90 days. At this point it has been almost a year and still nothing from him. I have reached out to him multiple times and each time he comes with an excuse of why he hasn’t come out and says he will but has yet to come by my house to do that work. Me and my fiancé were recently on ******** and noticed there have been a lot of people complaining about this man taking money for a job then never returning to do the work. This man needs to have his license taken away and needs to pay for taking money under false pretenses. He is stealing money from the community and not fulfilling his agreement to the people who is trying to do “work” for. The last time I spoke with him, which was about a month ago, I told him that if he didn’t come do the work that I would be seeking for the courts to settle this and he told me “good luck” that he has no money and has terrible credit so I probably would never see that money again. This man knows what he is doing and is actively stealing from people in this town and it is disgusting. Any help would be great and justice needs to be served to this man.

    In January of 2024, I spoke to Mr. * **** about cutting down a tree in my back yard and trimming another. He was paid $650 for this service and never returned to do the work (I have the receipt). He has not tried to resolve the issue and it has been more than 7 months now.
