    Well on November 3 2024 my truck payment was due va law requires additional grace period of 10 days on 14 of November autovilla sends repo after my truck va law requires her notify me which I never heard from autovilla I no they repo your vehicle in 10 days but this business is doing this to alot of people we don't have the perfect credit so that being said we after go to these ppl this autovilla doesn't want work with you the lady is very hateful on ph and I think something needs be done

    Mr. ********** payment was due 11/2/24.  Our policy by VA Law is to put accounts in reop on the 11th day after due date.  They are in default.  That was 11/13/24 for Mr. ******** .  He was written up for repo.Upon contacting Mr. ********, our repo man said truck was blocked in by another truck.  Mr. ******** threaten to shoot repo man and whoop his tail.  **** **** ***** ***** **** *** ** ****  Repo man called Halifax Sheriffs office .  During this time Mr. ******** placed truck in shed and locked truck in.  Mr. ******** then fled the scene in another truck before sheriffs  could arrive.This is 4th time Mr. ********  has been in repo.  His contract was explained the day of delivery.  It has also once again been explained the times he has been in repo . To date 11/15/24 Mr. ******** has not made his 11/2/24 payment.  He is still in default. Sincerely,Auto Villa

    My car was repossessed, when i contacted Auto Villa to get my vehicle, they did not offer me the option to bring up my bill to current, plus storage fees, they informed me that i needed to pay the entire balance of , the balance owed on the car was close to 6,000 dollars, I asked them for a copy of my contract, they said they no longer in their system and they could not provide it, ( i wanted to make sure that what they were doing was legal) they refused to work with me at all.

    Ms. ********** 2018 Honda Civic was repossesed on 8-13-24.  She was in "default" by not having paid her July and August payments for 2024.  This was the 7th time she had been placed in repo for this issue since she purchased the vehicle on 3-13-21.  There is a "default" clause in the contract dealing with "default", that states "you may have to pay all you owe at once if you break you promises(default).  we may demand that you pay all you owe on this contract at once."  We were in our legal right to call this note.  On the day of purchase all copies of signed documents by Ms. ******** were given to her in an envelope.  We do not furnish duplicate copies.  Customers must retain their paperwork for future reference.  She was not told , she was no longer in our system.  Ms. ******** paid her contract out.  She has the car and the car title.Auto Villa
