      J and j are con artists they lie and refuse to answer their phone bought a 2017 western star a/c went out on drive home tarp motor was no good asked about a warranty hank said his word was as good as gold now just two months later truck has computer problems

      I purchased a 2011 Kenworth T800 from J&J Truck Sales. I paid top dollar for the truck due to the salesman Hank telling me that the truck was very nice and ready to go to work. I made the deal with them to purchase the truck and they would put aluminum wheels on the rear, have it DOT ready plus deliver it to IN. I paid for the truck in advance it was suppose to be delivered/driven on a Sunday that never happened. 2 weeks later it was delivered on a trailer. I looked at the truck and test drove it. The truck air pressure was at 120 lbs when unloaded off the trailer so I never did a air pressure check. Test drove fine empty. I never received a DOT paper or tag. I took the truck to a truck repair shop to get a DOT check up. It did not pass the DOT air brake test!! Found out the air compressor was weak and wouldn’t build air at the rate it was suppose to. Replaced with a new compressor and drove to my shop. Put roughly 20 miles on the truck at this time to and from the repair shop. Took the truck out on its first load and it would not downshift so I did it manually. Tried it again on a second load and it did the same thing. I drove it to the repair shop they found it’s had a new wiring harness on the transmission and that a pin was not making full contact so repaired it and I went on. The next day the truck started going into limp mode and would not come out of 4th gear. Shut the truck off and went again. It did this same thing about 6 or 7 times by the time I got the truck to a repair shop. They found that it needs a new transmission due to losing transmission pressure while trying to shift. I emailed Hank several times before he finally responded and said sorry your having these problems but you bought it as is!(“Jackie stands behind”) I said I bought it as a road ready truck like he told me it would be when I got it. I haven’t put a total of 400 miles on the truck since I got it. Less that 100 loaded miles. I have spent a lot of $ on this truck. Worst purchase ever
