This company engages in blatant price gouging and unfair practices. Our truck and trailer were involved in an accident with two passenger vehicles, yet we were billed an outrageous $28,290 for recovery services. The invoice included charges unrelated to our accident, and the amounts were excessively inflated:
$9,000 for a 75-ton rotator (4-hour minimum),
$7,400 for a 30-ton wrecker (4-hour minimum),
$7,000 for a hazmat unit (4-hour minimum),
$2,340 in administrative fees (10% of the total recovery cost),
$250 for damaged or non-reusable equipment,
$1,500 for cleanup of recovery units and tools,
$400 for tractor storage (4 days at $100/day),
$400 for trailer storage (4 days at $100/day).
Despite clear evidence that we were not responsible for the entire wreck, they are holding our loaded truck and trailer hostage until we pay the full amount. This has delayed critical deliveries and caused unnecessary financial strain on our business.
This kind of price gouging is unacceptable, unethical, and predatory. We strongly advise anyone to think twice before using this company. Their practices lack transparency and fairness, and their focus seems to be on exploiting the situation rather than providing reasonable service.

I spoke with Mr. **** via phone this past week about this matter. I hope my explanation was satisfactory to his concerns. This event Mr. **** is speaking of was performed at direction of two different state agency's and not a customer request.
