      Budget rented us a dangerous vehicle with an underinflated tire. The tire pressure light when on immediately. I should have turned around, but we were so tired after a long travel day and it was 11:30 pm. The tire was over 10 pounds under pressure. I was able to get a *** in a local office to fix the tire pressure. All four tires were all over the place, with the one being particularly low. Do they not check for this with every vehicle before its rented out. The *** told me I would most likely not be able to get a replacement since it was approaching the Thanksgiving holiday and all the vans were rented out. So I kept it. During my week-long rental, the tire continued its slow leak. The one tire was down to ******************************************************* addition, one of the tires was balding with the wear nub showing. This company put the lives of my family in jeopardy. On top of that, they do not care about elderly or disabled people. My mother who walks slow with a ****** was not given any consideration to board the bus to the rental office. It was the Thanksgiving season and Budget sent the small bus to the airport. It filled up with people pushing to get onboard. I asked the driver if he would allow my mother to sit up front. He said that was against company policy. She missed the bus, so stayed behind with my family while I went ahead to get the car and circle back. My family said the only reason she made it onto the next shuttle bus was because another customer yelled loudly at all the other customers to allow my mother onto the bus. She made it on this second bus. Guess what? That driver did allow a passenger to sit up front. That second bus was also full and had to leave customers behind in the cold night air. Why couldn't Budget have run its larger-sized bus? Funny thing, when I returned the car, there were only three customers being driven back to the airport in the large bus! I will NEVER rent from Budget/Avis again!!!
