    They installed our AC unit 5 years ago. When we our AC went out we called them to determine the issue. A technician came out and stated the problem was electrical. Once we called the electrician they quickly determined it wasn't electrical. After arguing with the owner who was the original technician they finally sent out another tech who confirm it was intact a problem with the unit. We then had to call them to then receive the estimate to repair the issue. After following up on the multiple issues we saw with the invoice and not only the inconvenience but the cost of calling the electrician out for no reason they offered a measly $200 discount. This is after we told them we paid over $600 for the electrician.
