    Merchant pretending to be software company, argued to get me to buy a package for website and *** and ******* apps. Subject, then decided to contract me and promise to deliver as promise 1 complete fully functional proprietary website and apps within 55 days of contract? This business did not, promised more and better design and apps all built from scratch. The Seller or fraudster sent invoices using square to take payment online and by deception. The merchant or busines never had any intentions to deliver anything as promises on the contract or verbal. A complete lie from the beginning, filed police report for theft by deception, fraud, theft and now filing with BBB. I sent numerous of contact emails, phone calls and certified letter by mail and only to get ignored and not responded. Complete scam, This is a busines and when a client asked for merchandise or money they are suppose to refund or provide product. Not ignore the customer.

    Hello Dispute Resolution,
    The Customer, ******** ***** has already disputed his payment with his credit card company but the decision was not made in his favor.  
    This is the response I provided to the Credit Card Company (see attached).  I have not removed his name or email from the response as doing so will make the response difficult to understand.

    Hello,

    I understand the principle of the matter, I highly assure the BBB that the merchant is fraud? 

    of 09/11/2022? I still have not recieved my product or contract agreement fullfilment. Look

    at the attachements of other victims of this merchant business scam and sham. All they do is

    just communicate and lie, but deliver nothing. They are playing the odds and hope that the victim

    of fraud would just forget about giving this merchant thousands of dollars. I do not get a response

    from this merchant, and "SEF CASIM" I do not know this person? 

    You might want to reach out to them again and or I file another complaint if it will help?
