    The address used is ****************** as I was I was unable to find an address for the business though they claim to service ********, **. Yesterday I contacted ****************************** as a local Dumfries VA based company to look at my garage door. When the tech contacted me he said he would not arrive for another almost 2 hours and I said that would not work. He said he could be there in 30 minutes. I said why does it take so long if the company is in ******** and he said he lives in ********. When he arrived he said the spring was broken and it would cost $800. I said thats a lot and agreed to allow him to do the work. This was my mistake. I dont have buyers remorse, rather I realized I was taken advantage of when I contacted other companies in the area who said they would charge $500 at most. When I asked for payment, he said he wanted ***** to avoid taxes and extra fees. Again I agreed and it seemed wrong. The title on his Venmo was not even a business or full name A H. He left. I never received an invoice. When I called the company today to file a complaint, someone called back and said since I agreed to the service there was nothing I could do. I said their price was significantly higher as she said thats what they charge. I said I was taken advantage of and did not even get an invoice. She said she would send an invoice after the facts. Seems like this company should have better business practices and not take advantage of people in need. Though I doubt there is anything that can be done for me, I want to enlist the BBBs help so this overpriced business practices dont happen to someone else, particularly around the holidays.
