    I originally reached out and made my purchase from John at MDK 6/21/2023 for a complete 4 link air ride kit with air management. after making that initial purchase of $11,500 I had several other additions for my truck from MDK totaling an additional $4636 for a grand total of $16136. The initial production timeline was 6-8 weeks before shipment. That time passed and the excuses started. For the first 6 months past when the order should have shipped I was very understanding with all the nonsense excuses. He said everything from "my phone isn't getting texts"x2, "email not getting emails", Plasma CNC shop not calling him back and having to find a new shop, "Just waiting on heim joints"x3, Sorry im out of town x4, "I got in a fender bender and have to take care of that", "I'm moving and have to take care that", "I'm going out of town and have to work on my truck that we're taking", "I'm headed out of town but just need to get everything weighed before shipping", "I'm still working on getting things weighed".

    Granted some of those are not word for word but are very close and I have all messages and responses to prove it.

    May 2024, after giving him a deadline to ship and provide tracking or id need an entire refund (which of course was not met). He said that my website says "no refunds or returns". What John seems to think by posting that line is that he can take honest peoples money and not produce a product and you as a consumer can't do anything about it.

    I encourage all that have been taken advantage of by this company to read up on the FTC's codes that protect consumers in this type of situation 16 CFR part 435 titled "Mail, INTERNET, or telephone or merchandise rule". I have sent this rule to MDK and he stated "You can stop sending me the codes, I already know them"

    This individual hides behind his website and Instagram never intending to meet the obligations agreed upon in a transaction. 16mo and I have nothing in hand and -$16,136 which is grand theft

    Ordered the Rear Air Ride Suspension kit on 11-12-2023 and paid $2,550 thru ****** and the transaction was completed. I was told that the order would take 4-5 weeks to ship before I ordered the kit. The kit or a refund has not been completed at this time.

    Hey ***** sorry if it’s so late messaging you back unfortunately if you look on my website under policy you will see what my policy states and I do apologize for how long it has taken I have been trying to stay on top of everything but being a one man band I get backed up and swamped I have been having issues with my one supplier for materials as well it’s been a hectic year already I’m getting set up with a new supplier then I’ll be able to get your order shipped again I apologize for any inconvenience and will get you taken care asap

    On May 29, 2024, I placed an order for Traction Bar Kits with a 1-2 week max on shipping. June 11, 2024 contacted to check on shipping and received no answer until 3 days later stating they were waiting on heim joints. Contacted again on June 24th stating I needed them by July 4th for build. On July 3rd, seller contacted me saying he was out of town and would check to see if parts came. No further contact until a week later once again stating the joints would arrive July 10th. A week later, no shipping and once again he was out of town until the following week and would update. I told him I would like a refund since it was almost 2 months since I ordered with an original 1-2 week ship time. Was told he would get out ASAP on July 18th. On July 26th a week later I asked if they shipped if not please refund and was told waiting on pick up confirmation and tracking would be provided. NO CONTACT FROM SELLER UNITL AUG 2 after multiple messages from me asking for shipping or a refund. I was told he was out of town when he returned he would get everything sorted out. Once again asked for a refund since its been over 2 months. Seller said he was contacting the shipping company to track but never provided me with a tracking # after he returned from another vacation he will sort out. I said I was willing to drive to his shop to pick up parts since I am only an 1.5 hours away. Aug 12th asked for parts or I was going to file a claim. As of Aug 13th the seller said he was waiting on a response from shipping and tracking and nothing has been provided.

    The communication with John is terrible. He has no phone number to reach him, he won’t reply to your messages most of the time. When he does reply he won’t give you direct answers and beats around the bush as to a time frame of when you might receive what you paid for. I paid him July 8th for a set of traction bars and still as of July 18th have not heard a timeframe as to when I might receive the item I paid for. The customer communication is absolutely terrible. I’ve asked if the items could not be to me by the 26th to please cancel my order and he won’t even reply back to me. Save yourself the headache and buy else where.

    When the products were initially manufactured, they were produced with pre-cut and predetermined lengths to ensure the tubing was of the correct dimensions. Upon shipment, the products were sent as raw metal. Therefore, once the products leave my possession in their raw finish, any modifications can be made prior to painting or powder coating.

    12/22/2023 - a purchase was made from Madd Dog Kustomz for suspension components totaling $3100 with a 4-6 week lead time.
    3/25/24 - parts had not been shipped, no order number, or purchase receipt provided, or any updates had been sent.
    4/3/24 - asked for an update from Madd Dog Kustomz - No response
    5/7/24 - filed a claim with ****** for a refund, magically within minutes, I received an email from Madd Dog Kustomz
    6/12/24 - still no advancement, or communication, it’s like $3100 has been wasted.

    Madd Dog Kustomz, Regardless of what your website states, 6 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and I would like a full refund. I no longer choose to do business with you, from the simple fact that your business ethic is unacceptable  These parts were ordered from you on 12/22/23 with a 4-6 week lead time, we are now 6 MONTHS into this, still no parts.  The parts ordered were to go on a work truck, however, because of the situation you have put me in, parts from another vendor had to be sourced in order for this particular truck to continue working. I would appreciate your cooperation, so we can resolve this situation.

    February 16th, I purchased parts for my F350 from John Hensley at MADD Dog Kustomz.

    -On March 18th I sent a message asking how the parts were coming along. John said they are waiting on tubing.
    -On April 11th I asked for an update, had no response.
    -May 1st I asked for an update, Hebsaid he’s sorry he didn’t see my message.
    -On May 26th, I asked for another update, He said the parts were going out that week.
    -June 30th, I asked for an update, no response.
    -July 18th, I asked for an update, no response.

    I had informed mr ****** of the issues I had been having with my cell service which he understood and I had explained to him the status of why the order had not went out and was very apologetic about the issue then after the last contact we had on a holiday  which was the end of October. I had an issue with my book keeping service and had lost multiple of my clients info that I could not get back which I did inform him of once I was able to get in touch with him again just the other day so then I had thought I had all my clients up to date but then Mr ****** had not reached out in almost 2 months in regards to the order so he took to social media to complain about my business that I had not provided the product which someone had I assume saw the post then informed me about not getting him squared away so then i immediately reached out since he was one of the clients I had lost his info to resolve the matter. So a refund had been issued but then he had informed me that the card that was on file was no longer in use so I explained to him that once the company I had dealt with for that transaction at the time responds to inform me that the card doesn’t exist then we would move forward another route to issue the refund for him he seemed pleased with that route…. Apparently not due to this message, so Even though this “complaint” was unnecessary and it had bothered me about the time line and not getting you taken care of and making you a happy client you had my info and phone number if you had other complaints but no worries I see and understand things clearly with you Mr ******. I had still not received your l ****** info for the refund either, so that there is no other issues or concerns if you would as to be so kind to forward me your ****** info that would be greatly appreciated for when I’m notified by my transaction company about the card not being in use I can get you on you taken care of.     First payment was on September 28, 2021 for $4,000.00
    Second Payment was on October 12, 2021 for $525.00
    Third payment was on November 20, 2021 for $4150.00
    Fourth Payment was on March 28, 2022 for $200
    He told me on September 27, 2021 that my wait time would be 3-6 weeks which is why I agreed to place an order with him, if I would have known that my wait time would be over 13 months I would NOT have ever placed an order with him. I ordered a full air ride kit front and rear 4 link kit with full air management and custom links front and rear for $8150. I also ordered traction bar brackets and heim joints which was the payment for $525 Then I also ordered the traction bars themselves for an extra $200. I am in contact with him and I am rarely given updates, there is only one instance of him reaching out to me, I always have to ask for an update about how my stuff is coming along. He will not give me an ETA for anything, all he ever says is "will soon", "just about wrapped up", and "get you one shortly" as far as I'm concerned this means I am not receiving my stuff anytime soon, as its already been 13 months, whats another 6 months to him. On May 28, 2022 I asked for time estimate an he said "Will have one shortly!" On August 30, 2022 he said "I’ll be able to get all the brackets shipped out within the next 1-2 weeks max", this was not fulfilled. As of November 1, 2022 I have not received a single thing from him except excuses. As of November 1, 2022 I still have not received a time estimate. On August 30, 2022 I asked "What steps would I need to take to get a refund?" and he responded saying, "almost got everything except the cradles done ....." He did not acknowledge me asking for a refund at all. On March 22, 2022 he estimated 3 weeks for me to have my traction bars, heim joints and brackets. He did not fulfill that as of November 1, 2022. He says "your one of the ones at the top of the priority list to get done immediately". Obviously I am not on the top.

    the last time I had spoke with Mr. **** I had given him an update on his order he had placed with me and he was more then happy and thrilled in regards to the progress and had not heard from him since 10/20/22. Since being aware of this complaint I have been in contact with Mr. **** again and in the process of getting him squared away 100% and his products on the way to him by the first of the week 11/28/22 as in tracking numbers sent to him for confirmation that his products are on the way which he has agreed to so with that being said I ask this complaint be removed since the issue is being resolved between the 2 of us.
