  I'm not happy with the resolution but didn't think the company would do anything about it. I hope my complaint will prevent others from using this company in the future. I don't think they tried very hard to rent my timeshare.

  Hello BBB,American Vacation Marketing and ******* ******* went into a contract on 01-19-2023 to market and advertise her week at ****** ***** in ****** for rental for Week 23, June 4 -11, 2023. Unfortunately the week did not rent and Mrs. ******* is upset. She phoned into the office Jul 03, 2023, spoke to me and asked for a refund and I told her there are NO Guarantees and Nor Refunds. Mrs. ******* said some harsh and angrily words and then hung up on me.
