    They had me put a down payment on a car to hold it. At that time I did not know it was non refundable. Later that evening after talking with my husband he asked and said did you ask and I said no. When I got there she said let's get the paperwork done I said wait this isn't a done deal I have to drive it and look at it. So after driving and looking it over I found out it had been wrecked and something was off with the bumper or light there was a gap I asked about fixing it and he said I'm not sure they can fix it but I will check. I then thought I better leave it alone for that reason and what I was losing on my trade. Needless to say I lost my 500 deposit. The worst part is if you custom order from ford and decide you don't want it you are fully refunded. This dealership is giving ford a bad name. I don't think I'll buy anymore ford's for this very reason. GREED, oh and they sold the car the next day so they lost nothing.
