      We hired SB builders to build us an addition with an in ground basement and 2 floors above it and connect it to our existing house. I was superbly impressed by the entire process. I usually do not leave reviews, however, in this case I feel compelled in doing so. After meeting with their architect and finalizing the plans and submitting to the county for permits, they started immediately after the permits were issued , I was so impressed from how they protected all our plants and yard to the meticulous way that the construction materials were stacked and stored in our driveway, they were extremely efficient, fast, clean and polite. Every one of their guys were a true pro. The entire outer part of the addition was built within 10 days. WAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. We were told the project would take about 3 months to be completed. However, it was completed in two and a half months and this included the repositioning of our existing kitchen and building a full bathroom. Bedroom and closet on the top floor. The finish work was done to perfection and I cant say enough good things about the guys and ***. I highly recommend this company and will be happy to provide my number for anyone that wishes to talk to me in person. I would give 100 stars if I could.
