      It was a nightmare trying to get kitchen cabinets delivered from this place. Selman, the designer submitted the wrong measurements for my cabinets and the store manager, Hamit took no accountability for it. I ended up having to spend an additional $1,000 to pick up the correct cabinets from the warehouse.

      I hired this company to do a kitchen renovation. The store owner took months to get a contract with an estimate where he wanted $47.500 & everything else was not included: cabinets, countertops, etc. It took the company 6 months to start the renovation. His workers were disasterous. I fired them after 3 weeks. They hung 300 lb cabinets on old drywall. They installed old, dirty metal LED's in the kitchen. The base cabinet for a tiny sink was vertical. He demanded $19,000 more at the end for a "fully functional kitchen" when I had no sink or countertops. They hooked up my new oven to 42-year-old frayed wires. The workers did not know that building code is new copper wires. The cabinets were not uniformly hung & I had to donate an entire wall to Habitats for Humanity, costing me a loss of thousands of dollars. The store manager insisted that the builders did not need any permits; they needed 4. He asked me to hire & pay for an electrician, when that is the contractor's job. I hired a new, competent contractor who had to re-do the entire work that USA Cabinet's team had started. I fired the workers because a load beam had to be built & I could not trust the workers to know how to do this properly, which could have resulted in terrible damage to my townhouse, to myself & my pets & to my neighbors on both sides of my residence. The store manager refused to return any money that I paid for items I did not receive; countertop, loadbeam & more because he was fired.
