      The Goodsync account I am using is: ***************** There are two paid GoodsyncV10 lifetime authorization serial numbers under this account.According to the official website of Goodsync ************************************************************** Description: Users who purchase a GoodSync V10 license after January 1, 2016 can upgrade to the authorized serial number for lifetime use of ************************** for free.The two Goodsync V10 authorization serial numbers I own were purchased on July 28, 2019, and comply with the official statement that users who purchase GoodSync V10 licenses after January 1, 2016 can upgrade to the lifetime authorization serial number of ********************** for free. I have left a message through the official Goodsync channel, but customer service refused to upgrade my license and claimed that I do not need to upgrade to V12. But is it necessary to upgrade this matter and it should not be evaluated by customer service. Do customers also need customer service to take charge of what they want? Why was the customer's subjective request for an upgrade rejected? Why do you have to pretend to upgrade for free on the official website if you're not willing to upgrade for consumers? This is not false advertising, what is deceiving consumers?Goodsync should help me upgrade to the authorized serial number of ********************** for lifelong use free of charge in accordance with the spirit of the contract and official promotion.

      We've never offered or sold lifetime licenses for personal licenses. After reviewing the screenshot you provided with our site's terms, there's no reference to lifetime licenses. In 2022, you successfully upgraded three licenses, which were counted as consecutive years toward the Version 12 upgrade. Each additional upgraded license also extended the service by an extra year. We've honored our commitment for a free upgrade to Version 12, as clearly stated on our website. Your current license expires on 2025-12-17.

      I have tried to get some help from this company and all I get is the two step run around. This nonsense has been going on for over three hours. Most of the time they don't bother to come back and finish helping. With that being said I would either like for them to help repair this problem or refund my money back

      I have used the free version of the software for years. It now wants me to pay although I do not use any of the features of the paid version. It has locked me out of my passwords for banking etc. Nothing on thier site states the free version has been removed This is a deceptive bussiness practice by the company. Other people need to be aware not to use any of thier services.

      Hello, We have not removed our free version. Our free version can be used from only one device. If you are trying to use this on more then one device this does require a license. We also reserve the right to make these changes based on our license agreement which is agreed to when installing RoboForm.

Customer's right and license to access, use, execute, and deploy any free or trial versions of RoboForm Products are not guaranteed for any period of time.
