    ZERO expertise in flooring and proper installation methods. They make their money through installation errors which they blame on customers for not knowing beforehand and poor design decisions, which again is advised by FA design and build. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company.

    Do not follow industry best practices and expect customers to pay for any errors or corrections after installation when the fault is on them for their lack of due diligence. We had vinyl floors installed in our basement and never was advised of potential moisture issues nor was a quick surface test performed to prevent any issues in the future (this is an industry standard). Within one year our floors started warping and we were told that we may have moisture issues and after doing a quick surface test, it was confirmed. Their solution: pay for all new tile material and labor again. Their contract doesn’t include any type of warranty or guarantee, which makes it convenient for them. THEY ARE A SCAM. Better to go to the tile shop and get advice from real flooring specialists and more affordable material, etc.
