    This company was working on our property without a permit. When the county found out, they placed a stopped work order. After reviewing the work site with other independent contractors, we learned that nothing was done to county code and mistakes resulted in delayed time, loss of money, and inability to obtain a permit and pass inspection. We since fired the company and hired a new one that will now have to fix all the mistakes. -More money lost. As part of our agreement, we paid for two HVAC units which the contractor said he had. One was returned and we got a refund but the second is still outstanding. After weeks of giving me the run around, the contractor is now no longer picking up or returning my calls, refusing to give me my unit or provide a refund.
