  I am a Non-US IMG and successfully matched into my second-choice Neurology program. This was my second time applying, and the difference from my first attempt was significant. The previous year, I lacked both research and meaningful clinical experience. I felt defeatedbut Im grateful I made the decision early on to consult with IMGPrep. I had contacted several organizations in search of clinical experience, but to be *****, the one I initially paid for was subpar. While I did receive a letter of recommendation, the experience itself was not strong or supportive. IMGPrep placed me in an excellent rotation where my preceptor knew me personally, worked closely with my adviser, and collaborated on my letter of recommendation. I received multiple research offers and had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to projects. What stood out the most was the level of supportI was able to schedule appointments easily, and the team proactively followed up with me as well. For the first time, I felt genuinely supported throughout the residency process. I strongly recommend that every applicant work closely with an academic advisor. Doing so took away much of my stress and allowed me to focus on improving my application. I wrote this review because I believe in the integrity and professionalism of my overall experience.   I didn't match in my first application season, so I felt the need to seek guidance on the right steps to take in the MATCH process. I am extremely grateful for the incredible support and guidance I received throughout the residency application process from IMGPrep.   I started working with IMPrep during my 3rd year of medical school and I wish I would have found them earlier! As a first generation doctor and an IMG, I unfortunately had very little knowledge of what it would take to match into a competitive specialty. IMGPrep was a great resource for me and I can say without a doubt, I would not be where I am today without the help of the entire IMPrep team. While they helped me with strengthening the practical components of my application with personal statement and CV editing, helping me attain research opportunities, and even increasing my USMLE scores by connecting me with a great tutor; what I am most grateful for, is the mentorship I received. No one talks about how difficult going through the Match process is, with IMGPrep, I gained a trusted mentor who provided me guidance, encouragement, and support at times that I needed it most. I have recommended IMPrep to several of my peers who also had great experiences and successfully matched into competitive specialities. Personally, I look at choosing to hire IMPrep as an investment into myself and my academic career. Looking back, I can honestly say it was worth every penny!
