On June 06, 2025, I placed an order with CERT At Home for the Skills Only portion of the *** course for two individuals. The next day, I contacted the company to cancel, as the order had not yet shipped and my university required in-person training within a set timeframe.CERT At Home acknowledged my cancellation request but stated the order was non-refundable per their registration terms, even though nothing had been shipped or processed.Initially, I cited the **** Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires refunds for canceled merchandise orders not yet shipped. CERT At Home responded that the rule does not apply to bundled educational services. After that explanation, I didnt argue a legal obligation but expressed concern that it is unethical and unfair to deny a refund for an unshipped, unused order.I stated that if they refused a refund, I would accept the order. However, I made it clear their decision would inform my public review of their practices. The company confirmed they would ship the order, but also issued a strongly worded email warning that criticism could result in legal action.Verbatim: If any of your comments constitute false or defamatory claims about our business or practices, we will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action. We will also leave a professional and factual review of our own on your Healthgrades and other public profiles to reflect that an attempt was made to coerce a refund in violation of agreed-upon terms with a small business.I am requesting that CERT At Home refrain from issuing retaliatory commentary or threats against customers expressing dissatisfaction. I believe their response was disproportionate and unprofessional, and I am concerned about the tone and nature of their communication.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and provide factual context regarding this review.?****** ******, of Hydravibe Wellness of Puyallup, ** voluntarily registered for one of our training programs and, during the registration process, explicitly acknowledged and accepted our clearly stated non-refundable policy. These terms are presented prominently and must be agreed to prior to enrollment. They are consistent with standards across the professional certification and continuing education industry. The following dayafter her training kit had already been prepared for shipment and her instructor assignedshe contacted us requesting a cancellation and refund. We respectfully reminded her that all sales are final, in accordance with the policy she had agreed to at the time of purchase.Rather than accepting responsibility for her decision, she escalated the matter, citing an inapplicable and obscure federal regulation in an effort to invalidate her agreement. When that did not succeed, she proceeded to issue multiple accusatory and inflammatory messages, both privately and publicly. Her communication quickly took on a tone that was erratic, obsessive, and deeply concerning. The pattern of behavior suggested not a misunderstanding, but a refusal to accept the terms of a transaction she had entered into ************ a courtesy, we offered to cancel the shipment of her training materials, but she then insisted the order be fulfilled. Shortly after, she began publishing misleading and defamatory statements across public platforms, in what appeared to be a calculated attempt to damage our reputation simply for adhering to the policy she had agreed to.Due to her behavior, we chose to issue a full refund and formally canceled her registration. She has also been permanently barred from participating in any current or future programs offered by **** or its affiliated entities.**** has operated continuously for over 20 years, serving thousands of students annually with a strong reputation for professionalism, clarity, and integrity. Our policies are transparent, our communication is consistent, and our commitment to excellence remains unchanged. While we welcome feedback from participants who engage in good faith, we will always respond when false, misleading, or retaliatory statements are made. We stand fully behind the actions of our staff and the policies of our organization
