    I directly witnessed this business damage my car which was about to be inspected. The car was less than 24 hours off of the lot. The entire group of people there from staff to customers heard my driver door slam into a railing that had old rusty wire on it which had been used to hold hoses. Since that time they have removed the railing and wire. The manager argued with me and didn't help until I offered to get the police involved. The owner and manager then tried convincing me they would fix it. I agreed with this under the circumstance that the damages were not found to be their fault. It obviously was though, because I witnessed it directly, the car wasn't old, it was on camera, and it measured at the same height visibly. However, they didn't provide the footage, their insurance information, or measuring tools. The manager was also incredibly rude in person over and over the phone. The owner could have done a better job by handling it professionally, letting the insurance agency decide, and handling it through them. Instead, as promised, not "threatened" according to the manager, it has been brought to the attention of Uber, Uber drivers, the general public, my insurance company, and the Better Business Bureau. USAA sided with me in the case but I did not file as even though I was not at fault an accident would have been listed on my car's note. It's all good though, I already have a new car and might get another one soon. I just hope the manager gets the help he needs and that he and the owner make better business decisions in the future, as this cost them more than their insurance rates going up. Be aware they also changed their Google listing from ATM (Briar O*** Exxon) to Exxon and Briar O*** Service Center.
