    I was misled on how much a part cost to repair my fireplace and end up paying 7x the price. *** replaced a control board for my fireplace on 11/17/2022 and stated that the part cost $250 and the total to replace the control board would be $420. I asked why did the price jump from $250 to $420 and *** stated it was because of labor.. I paid the cost trusting that *** was telling me the truth. I looked online and the part was $58.63. I Immediately called *** for an explaination and he stated online didnt offer a 1yr warranty and that he could provide docs to show that he paid $250 for the part. I texted *** the next day asking for the docs he stated he would provide. He stated he would provide docs once he go back to his office. 11/20/2022- I'm still waiting on proof of purchase. I would like $250 refunded to me.
