    While Fairfax eggbank has a very large selection of donors, their quality does not measure up to other eggbanks. I wish I did more research prior to choosing Fairfax for donor eggs. Young donor eggs should yield better results than what clients are receiving. We intended to peruse legal action however their contract limits using the us court system and requires arbitration. Our attorney let us know it would be costly to fight it and probably not with the amount of time and money involved.

    I bought a cohort of 8 frozen eggs from a 20 year old donor- 4 went to blastocyst and none of them passed the genetics test- the doctor told me you will have a miscarriage 100% guaranteed if we use those embryos - we contacted FairFax with this concern and to request a replacement - they didnt make themselves responsible for this, they washed their hands and said you got blastocyst and so we completed our service- like I will have an embryo transfer with a non healthy embryo - do not get their service they are lest than honest or care about building families all they care is about taking money from your pocket and not being responsible about providing unhealthy eggs - this is not cheap it cost over 20k and all that money was flushed to the toilet

    This company has young donors with cohorts collected of eggs which 7/8 are not fully formed. If it’s a egg no matter how bad quality they count it. After all eggs fail ! And you ask for an replacement this company gives you another cohort with further studying shows signs of chromosome issues and out of the cohorts which we got one of 9 we got one embryo out of it. Reminder that this is coming from a 20 year old donor. That one is good enough for them to wipe their hands clean. When thst single embryo out of 9 didn’t work they told us to bad so sad. So much emotional and financial ruin for nothing. Literally nothing . I advise you to not spend a single cent to this company for they are thieves and will tell you to their face that theirs nothing wrong when you have all the testing in the world that was performed to prove them wrong . Even our physicians who specialize in ivf were flabbergasted by the horrific quality. Eight years down the drain and emotional scarring . Not to mention to burying the knife deeper Fairfax response to all this Even with proof of the horrible quality was a big fk u. Don’t spend a single cent. Don’t trust a single word! Find another company for this one is the most corrupt thing since pyramid schemes!
