The company Ascending inc. offers a BootCamp course that started on 2/6/2023 with 8 classmates. the amount of money is $7500 the business committed to providing:1. 12 weeks of classes, but the cooperating teacher only prepared 10 weeks of material. After our request, the instructor prepared 2 weeks of coursework and asked us to present our own projects during those 2 weeks, meaning he didn't have to teach.2. "As long as you complete 80% of the course, we can guarantee 100% employment," as they advertised. However, as a data engineer, one needs to master algorithms, the ****** programming language, and cloud computing such as *** and *****, none of which were included in their curriculum.3. False advertising: We pointed out that the course was too simple and that it was impossible to achieve 100% employment after completing 80% of the course. The instructor also said it was a beginner's course, but Ascending refused to admit it and blamed the consumers for not being capable enough.4. They promised to provide industry-level projects, but in reality, the projects fell far short of that level. The instructor pointed out that the environment provided by Ascending was not capable of implementing industry-level projects, but Ascending insisted that they provided such projects.5. The advertising claimed that they would teach ***** Live Table, but the instructor only spent 10 minutes discussing it after being asked by classmates more than 4 times.6. The advertising claimed massive job referrals, but in reality, they referred no more than 15 companies. 7. They claimed to provide expensive lab environments for classmates to practice, but they often did not open the labs. Students had to repeatedly request that the labs be opened, and the cost of the lab for one class was only $600. Nature of the dispute: false advertising whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: no, they are shifting the blame onto the consumer and instructor by blaming them
