    Slable, owned by *******************************, has been my VoIP phone provider for the last 2 years. In July 2022, I decided to change service providers because I identified another company which was a better fit for my small business. On 7/25/2022, I requested that he provide the PIN number to facilitate a port out and I provided 30 days notice per my signed agreement with him. Per FCC regulations, a provider must respond to and facilitate a port request within 1 business day. It's now been 5 weeks and Slable continues to refuse to facilitate the port out. He has sent multiple harassing emails stating that I should have stayed with his company, and demanding that I sign "cancellation agreements" which stipulate that I would be fined $5,000 for every time I said or wrote something which might damage his reputation. He has written me several emails stating you will not release the PIN to me (necessary to port my number) until I sign his agreement. All I want is to port my number. I do not have a balance owing. I have requested an appointment to return his equipment (per his request) multiple times, but he refuses to allow me to do that without signing his agreement. He states that until I sign his agreement, he will not assist with the number port, and will continue to charge me. His behavior is illegal and abusive.
