    Working with Michael Nash has been nothing but an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Besides the fact that they “discounted” the project by paying in-full up front (that was a mistake!) they kept delaying the project start date and the designer was zero help. We wasted so many days in the showroom looking at wayfair with him- we could have done that at home if they have us some direction and a schedule!
    They offered no unique designs and Do not offer custom cabinetry; and if you are not experienced in knowing exactly what fine details you want for your basement or kitchen, they will steer you to the most basic cheapest things.
    Despite having to write and call the CEO twice regarding dissatisfaction, our basement started 5 months behind schedule and it looks the same as it did 10 weeks ago. They have made about as much progress and have been on site approximately 2 weeks total.
    The project manager doesn’t know how to manage. Save yourself some time and do not hire Michael Nash. You will only have a delayed, frustrating, and expensive experience.
