    I was falsely sent to collections with a bill that was already partially paid. It took months for them to credit my account with the payment already received. Once credited, we agreed on a lower amount than the collections bill. I paid the agreed amount and was told my balance was $0. I received another bill in the mail from collections stating I still owed the original amount. The office is trying to scam me out of almost $100 despite proof of payment and emails stating the agreed amount.

    I spoke to *************** at *** 5/9/2023 and upon his stating she was "very difficult" regarding the $52.50 such that he advised I write off the balance.  I asked him to do so.  However, it appears He did not, and he did not instruct me to perform this through ******Health.  I spoke to ********* with *** today and she promised the *** balance would be written off nd no further contact made.  She gave me instructions as to how to write off in ******Health.  I have just now performed this in the EHR.  She is not permitted to return to my office for any future medical reason.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I never spoke to a *********** I spoke to a woman on the phone once. TSI informed me I had to deal with the doctors office directly, so it was a very short, respectful call to request information. The doctors office continues to reach out regarding scheduling upcoming yearly physicals, so they must want some business. I have email proof stating there was an account error made on the doctors part as well as proof of transaction made in 2021 that was an attempt at double charging me. I never owed the amount she claimed and later admitted to her faults. She has a clear goal to scam people out of money as I have read multiple reviews from individuals with similar stories to mine. She does not need to worry about any future presence as I visited her office once in 2021 and had an awful experience from the moment I set foot in the building. The lack of integrity this doctor has is concerning. I hope she learns to not threaten hard working people with collections agencies so she can get some money. This practice is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever encountered. I hope no one else falls victim to her.
