      I have been a patient for over a year and after multiple less than pleasant experiences, this one has pushed me to find a new practice. I had a medication check-in appointment scheduled for this evening, which has been on the calendar for over 3 months. As normal, I received an email reminder yesterday about the appointment, however, I noticed the link to join the virtual appointment was not included as it has always been in the past. When I called the practice to ask for a link, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, the doctor had left the practice, and they were "in the process of rematching her patients with new providers as quickly as possible, but she had over 300 patients..." I was shocked and asked if they had any intention of letting me know had I not called into the practice today and was told all of her patients received an email "last Wednesday" about her departure. I checked my inbox, deleted messages, and spam/junk folder and had NO email about her departure. I think this is extremely irresponsible, especially considering these professionals deal with mental health and in some cases, serious medications. The lack of communication and consideration for my health has forced me to try and find another practice and provider.

      This practice is Negligent and Unsafe.I had an extremely distressing experience at this practice. ************ had an emotional breakdown during my appointment, going so far as to tell me off, which left me feeling disoriented and disassociated. This behavior is unacceptable for a medical professional, especially considering the oath to "Do No Harm." Regardless of personal feelings, a doctor should never engage in a debate with a patient and then refuse to allow them to leave or to refill their prescriptions.To make matters worse, ************ deliberately skipped refilling one of my critical medications. She set the refills for July, August, and September, leaving me without medication for an entire month in June. This negligence is dangerous and contradicts the fundamental principles of medical care.When I called the office manager, *****, on Monday, June 17th, to report the issue, her response was dismissive. She promised to send the prescription to my pharmacy and call me back, but I never received that call. Due to **************** actions, I am now facing withdrawal symptoms without my necessary medication. This experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

      The patient confirmed that during the appointment with ************ on 6/14/2024 she kept on interupting the provider and then she gaslighted the provider. Therefore, the patient became extremely emotional and decided not to continue the appointment. She met with the office manager, *** and wanted all of her medications refilled. She got almost 3-4 months of medication refills on all of her medications sent to the pharmacy as requested from Dr. ***** The provider also said that the patient was being manipulative so she'll get what she wants however, medications were sent so she would not have any withdrawals. Couple of them were resent to her local pharmacy since her mail order pharmacy would not ship them out on time. This was also confirmed by the office manager that **** picked up her meds on 6/15 and 6/18 from the local pharmacy. *** called the patient on 6/24 to check which medication she was not able to receive but no response back from the patient -****. She never stated which medications she is having withdrawals from. All her medications were sent to the pharmacy and the pharmacy confirmed that all were received.

      Cero starts. This business charged me for counselling with a person I did not consult with. On the day of the tele appointment the "counselor" did not show up I called to find out what was going on and was told that she was a bit late. When connecting "She" had not read my intake forms, did not know why I was consulting for further more scheduled a next appointment. I called the business to talk about having talked to a person that was not prepared; they told me they did not know who I was talking about. Later came the Insurance claim: $350.00 for a LPC consultation. I called again to say that I did not have counselling with that LPC and that I had cancelled the second appointment. After arguing back and forth I was told all they would do is waive the no show charge of the second appt. I dispute being charged for consulting with an LPC whom I was not provided the service with or a comparable one. A collaborator's charge is no the same as an LPC's; much less from a person that is not prepared. This is plainly an abuse of the system, a scam from Neuropsych Wellness Center CP.
