    On 4/25/25 at 9:36pm, I went online to ************ website to pay my Simple mobile cellphone bill. The transaction was for $52.99. This company was supposed to pay my cellphone bill, but they fail to do the service. I called my cellphone company several times to confirmed payment, but it was never paid. I reached out to ************ numerous times through email about non payment. They keep telling me my bill was paid and it was not paid.

    Simple pay Now me cobr mi factura telefnica de mi cuenta bancaria como siempre lo hago por esta va pago la ma ,la de mi esposa y hijo,pero esta vez no me restableci el servicio de la ma *** que fue la que pague ***** dlares y no me envi el correo ni me restableci el servicio llame a mi compania telfono simple Mobile y no han recibido el pago de parte de simple pay now que ellos recibieron de mi cuenta bancaria

    On 03/09/2023 I paid my sons phone bill of the $30 monthly plan and was charged $32.98 but the phone was never turned on. I emailed the company due to the fact they have no contact number to each customer service and speak with anyone and I havent received any messages back. Im just out of $33 and my sons phone is still off.
