      BUYER BEWARE!!
      I Bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from them and was happy due to what I perceived to be a good deal, Until I took the car to get Maryland inspected and was informed that it needed both lower control arms replaced. Now that is not a huge deal I understood that the vehicle was sold As-Is and its not a very costly fix, so I could bear with that and had it fixed the vehicle was Re-inspected and I notified the dealership that it had passed and sent a email including everything they needed on 12/04/23 so I could get my permanent tags. The Salesman Sam has since been ignoring my emails and my Temp Tag has expired. I called and talked to Jack and he told me that my Tags were on order and due to all the holidays they haven't arrived but they are expecting them 12/19-12/21.
      I tried to get another Temp Tag from the DMV and they said that they don't show anything about the vehicle in their system so something must not be done on the dealers end and that without it being in the system they could not help me; So I again called the dealership spoke to Ysenia in the Tag/Title Dept. and She has now informed me my Tags aren't on order yet that she can see and is unsure why they haven't been ordered.
      It wasn't until I asked what they were going to do to try and fix the situation that she offered to send me new temp tags so I can drive the vehicle that I spent good money on.
      I would not recommend this dealership, the deals look too good to be true because they are and there is very little customer service during and after the sale.

      When picking up the vehicle, it is also very nic of them to fill the gas tank -- this is very kind of them
      I sincerely recommend reaching out to Mr. Delaney and BMW of Fairfax for anyone who is interested in a BMW -- they genuinely represent the luxurious and caring brand image of BMW.
