  I went to the store on a Saturday morning after seeing so many ads and hoped I might get some relief (especially with upcoming knee surgery). I was helped immediately but curiously instead of testing the arch supports in my shoes, the sales person put them in a pair of their shoes which were almost a full size smaller than my shoes. I have a lot of problems with my toes being crushed in regular width shoes and the shoes were barely comfortable. After a couple of sways, I finally tried some that seemed to be the proper fit. However, instead of putting the active style ones in my shoes, they were put in a box along with everything else (well, almost everything else). I went home and tried to get the arch supports to fit into my regular shoes but they kept shifting around. After watching a few videos on the Good Feet Store website, I learned two things - the arch supports should have been put into my shoes at the store and there are velcro dots that I was supposed to get with my purchase to hold the supports in place. I had to complain on their website just to get them to mail the dots to me but I am still having problems getting the supports to work in my shoes. It makes me wonder if the reason the sales person didn't put them in my shoes was because he knew they would never work in my shoes. He just wanted to make a sale, not actually help me. I have complained to them multiple times and they keep saying they will look into the matter but I have still not heard back from them. With my upcoming surgery, I will not be able to get back to their store for at least four to six weeks so I cannot get anything taken care of until then.

  Im so sorry i took my 84 year old dad there and let him spend $1600 on $50 worth of plastic. I cant beieve i was thst stupid. Salesperson kept on using the word "custom"...obviously not custom. I have truly custom orthofics and they were a third the price. Our salesperson ssid they were only sold in sets of three, which in itself is either a lie or just part of the scam. My dad lost his wife three days earlier, and i let him get taken, and i took him there. The inserts are junk. Special place in h*** for these people.

  Scam!!!I wish I would have read these reviews before spending $1600 on these worthless insoles. I have plantar fasciitis and was looking for some relief. Well, this isn't it! Their insoles made the problem worse. They have no return policy because they know people would be returning these every day. Once they get your money they want to keep it. I was told that I would receive a phone call after a week to discuss the insoles. I'm still waiting. They say that they will make adjustments, but that does no good. Buying anything from this place is good money going down the drain. Save your money.If you read all of these reviews, all Good Feet is saying is that they are "sorry," there is no solution offered. They really don't care.
