  We installed a new roof and gutters with NuHome just over 3 weeks ago and so far, so good.
  
  Overall, the experience was wonderful... Sindy was very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating and readily available in setting up a time for an estimate (my wife and I have a busy schedule and we had to move the date a couple of times).
  
  Mary provided us an estimate and she was also very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and explained things well. It did not feel like a sales pitch or pressure filled, but rather an attempt to get us the best outcome possible. She was also available to us via email, txt and phone between estimate and install (as I had a couple questions that came up!).
  
  The crew that came out did a great job, they worked diligently throughout the day and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Very easy on us as homeowners. I went out a few times to talk to them and they were ready to show me the progress they were making. The roof and gutters look great.
  
  NuHome seemed fairly priced, seemed about average to just above average compared to other quotes... but this was also for the highest quality GAF Shingles and a very professional and trustworthy process (and was a much lower quote compared to a similar company's estimate).

  NuHome did an amazing job with installing my windows. It all started with Mary, absolutely amazing. It was a joy working with her. The team did an incredible job. They were on time and professional. I love the look and style. I would recommend NuHome to anyone looking to do any upgrades to their home. NuHome thank you so very much

  I am so glad I chose NuHome to provide my window replacements. Mary C. arrived promptly at my door when agreed upon for the initial appointment. I had already done my homework on NuHome. I checked all the reviews including BBB. Everything was positive, so I wasn't worried about the company......just waiting for the high pressure tactics. Mary is by far the best representative and advocate NuHome could have and after spending time with her, discussing all options, sealed the deal. There was no high-pressure gimmicks. She presented all the options and alternatives, answered all my questions on the spot and we closed the deal that day. When the windows finally arrived, Max L. contacted me to schedule the install. He was professional and courteous. On the day of the install, the crew arrived ahead of schedule so that they would be ready to go at the agreed upon time. Max L. lead the crew, along with the other team of great workers. All were friendly, courteous, and professional. They wasted no time getting to work and it was clear they were all professionals who had done this work before. It went off like the proverbial well-oiled machine. They managed to replace and install all my windows in a 4 story end-unit townhouse in one day. When they finished, Max L. and I inspected every window, ensuring that I was happy with each window while the rest of his team were vacuuming the house and cleaning up the outside. I must admit that I was dreading "install" day. I imagined the mess that would be left to clean up. To my delight, I had no mess to clean up. In the market today, the bar that is set for Customer Service is already so low. We have learned to expect very little and usually receive even less. Not the case with NuHome Exteriors. Top Quality company. Excellent products. Perfect install. Top notch customer service. What's not to appreciate? If you are in the market, you MUST give this company a call. Ask for Mary. It all starts with her!

  NUHOME delivers as promised. I had two projects on two different homes completed in a timely, highly professional manner with excellent results. One residence had a new roof installed; the price was the best of three estimates; the sales representative covered every aspect of installation and the work was guaranteed to be done right. The administrative office backed their workers and verified each aspect of the end result was as it should be. The second project was new window installation, 7 windows in total . The sales representative was very professional and provided a wealth of information on choices. The windows were very well made, the installation and measurement accurate, and now utility consumption is much less and the residence so much quieter. I would 100% recommend this company and I plan to use them for a third residence.
