    My wife And I purchased the home a few months back. A representative named ******* from vector security came by our house and we allowed him to tell us about their products. He was like oh we're veteran owned and we are the number one company in security. Well My wife being a veteran she wanted the try to support another veteran , but yet so far they have let my wife down and we're taking serious offense to the situation at hand. We actually broke our contract with a rival company of theirs because they sold us this idea that they're products are grade A and we would not have any issues. So far we have had issues since we've got their products. Not to mention that ******* told us that anytime we we're not happy with the service we could cancel anytime hassle free. They lied! Now were stuck with a three year contract that neither one of us had any knowledge of. We've have had to call them several times about theses cameras constantly going down. We realize that we have not had camera service since last Saturday Which was the 7th of September. We left a perfectly decent alarm company to support a "veteran owned" company only for this veteran owned company to lie to another fellow veteran just to purchase their products to make a sale. I find that very reprehensible and I also find it very disgraceful and full and deceit to say the least. If I could give vector security a negative rating I definitely would. This is one company I would not recommend to anyone because of their treatment of veterans/ new home owners who happen to be a black married l****** couple. We do not like their products and we have to deal with this mess for another two and a half years. This is something that we do not appreciate at all. The way the representative for Vector came to our home and lied and the way this company has done myself and my veteran wife Is absolutely crazy. Now we have to worry that our house is not protected every time we go out of town.
