      7 March 2024: My daughter and I had our 1st appt with ****** at her **************. We had a consultation and services. ****** said that her services normally requires continual sessions for results to show. We decide to give it a try. **** charged us $724.37 and $1137.19 22 March 2024: I went for my 2nd appointment. She told me that it is better to pay for a package as it is more economical in the long run. She charged me $82.47 and $581. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and ****** said she will provide that info next session as she had another customer after me that day. 05 APRIL 2024: I went for my 3rd appointment. She charged me $934.15 and mentioned that I am all paid for the rest of my package. Again, I asked for a breakdown of the charges and further explanation of the package but did not get the response. Unfortunately, I was late for another event so we decided to discuss the breakdown during the next session. ****** texted me at 7:26 pm EST that evening asking me to make my May appoinment. 28 APRIL 2024 9:10 am. I texted ****** to request a copy of my services and to follow up on my May ******** No response from her.29 APRIL 2024: I texted ****** to request a copy of my services and package. No response from her.2 MAY 2024: I texted ****** to request a copy of my services. No response from her.5 MAY 2024: I texted ****** to request a copy of my services. No response from her.

      Dear Better Business Bureau Staff,

      The vendor (******) contacted me via phone on June 15 and left a voice mail.  Please see the attached screenshot of the transcript. From my interpretation, she said that her phone number was "on hold" so she sent an email to all her clients to let us know about this situation.  I NEVER received a notification about this.   What is disappointing is that she blames me for not calling (which I did) nor emailing her instead.  Our form of communication since the start has always been via text. I also question why she did not make the effort to contact me for my May appointment which I have paid for until now.   I  am reading more and more reviews and didn't realize there were many customers who went through the same negative experience as I.  would like Better Business Bureau to please look into this matter as this vendor doesn't seem ethical and that her business is harmful to folks who are simply looking for services to treat acne and painful skin issues.   Thank you.

      I have uploaded a screenshot of a text message I sent to the vendor in reply to the message she left to my voicemail.  That voicemail message was also captured and documented into my files.  I have spoken with a staff named, ********************* who has been very helpful.
